Urban Meyer Discover New Secret Weapon at Spring Game?

A lot of schools had their spring game Saturday; a chance to see where the team is at the moment, provide fans with some much needed football, and basically just goof off and have a little fun. Ohio State head coach had something kind of fun for the Buckeyes game--a fastest student race--and in the process may have discovered a secret weapon for next season.

Senior criminal justice major Malcolm Branson.

Branson is the guy in a black t-shirt that appears to beat everyone--including cornerback Doran Grant and running back Dontre Wilson. He clearly beats everyone, but with Grant it was awful close. The heat was officially called a tie.

But the racing wasn't done just yet. The duo went at it again (I'm going to assume that the third person was Wilson trying to redeem himself), and this time Grant did win.

Now I have no idea if Meyer talked to Branson afterwards or if Branson would be interested, but after watching this student smoke his running back and push his defensive back to his limit he has to be wondering.

Would this kid be willing to give football a shot? He'd be a long shot to make the team even if he does know how to play, but with wheels like that if he can catch a punt or kick off and handle getting hit he could be dangerous.

Heck--what better way to spend your last year in college than to live the life of a division I football player?
