Josh Samuda is just trying to live the life. Even though he was not drafted coming out of UMass he is still trying to make it in the NFL. He was on the Dolphins roster last year, and the Vikings signed him to a reserve/future contract in January. That pretty much means we want to give you a shot at making the club, but we are not going to commit to you in any real way.
After the ankle injury that Samuda suffered during a workout Tuesday his future in the game is in jeopardy.
Here is a video of when the injury occurred. If you can't tell from the picture above I'll tell you--it doesn't look good.
I hate to say it, but with an injury like that his career is probably done. He was already a player on the bubble, and now that he is going to be out recovering and than getting back in to playing shape his window is likely going to close.
