One of the many things that social media has allowed the general public to do is make fun of people with relative ease--otherwise known as trolling. It is not uncommon for fan bases of opposing sports teams to troll the star of their hated rival or for the haters to come out in droves whenever a star does something stupid.
But for the official league's twitter account to troll a player? That's kind of surprising.

Yet for some reason that is exactly what the NFL's official Twitter account did Thursday night as Johnny Manziel slipped down the draft board:
Funny or not, for the league to take a shot at anyone in the league is in poor taste. It would be surprising if the league does not issue a statement apologizing to Manziel for the slight.
