San Antonio Spurs Move a Step Closer to a Return Trip to the NBA Finals

Wednesday night NBA fans get one step closer to getting exactly what they want—a rematch between the San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat in the NBA Finals.

When it comes to the Finals fans pretty much want their team to make it and win. If that doesn’t happen, the next best thing is for the best two teams in the league make it making it more likely that the last few games of the season will be epic.

This season the class of the league has been the San Antonio Spurs—the owners of the best record in the NBA. Thanks to Wednesday night’s 104-82 blowout win over the Portland Trail Blazers the team is returning to the conference finals for the third consecutive season....
