Fans Upset Johnny Manziel's First Pitch Cancelled Due to Rain Delay [PHOTOS]

The Cleveland Indians had a few more fans in the house Wednesday night they might ordinarily have. Why? Because the latest and greatest celebrity to call Cleveland home--quarterback Johnny Manziel--was throwing out the first pitch.

That didn't happen thanks to the rain delay leaving some fans disappointed.

Manziel was a little excited to throw out the pitch even though he had already done it a few times. Early in the day he tweeted the above pic of him as a kid wearing an Indians uniform. At the park he even took in a little practice to make sure he didn't pull a 50 Cent:

But thanks to the rain delay it was all for nothing. The first pitch was cancelled--and fans were not happy.

The criticism and boos didn't sit to well with others:

Why they couldn't take five minutes to still have the first pitch is a mystery; likely because it was a weekday and they didn't want the game to last any longer than it had to.

Not wanting to leave the fans hanging Manziel and some of the other Browns rookie class stepped out on to the field to acknowledge the fans:

He's going to be there for awhile guys. I'm sure he'll be throwing out plenty of first pitches in the years to come.
