Notre Dame Defensive Line Coach Selling Massive Team Apparell Collection For Charity

There are a lot of great things about coaching. You have a great view of the game on the sideline. You get to wear shorts to work all the time, and--and this is a pretty cool one--free team gear. The only thing is if you stay in one place long enough your collection can get pretty massive.

Should your team change providers you suddenly have a whole lot of stuff you can't wear to work anymore. So what's a coach to do?

@CoachMikeElston

If you are Notre Dame defensive line coach Mike Elston you hold a massive garage sale!

The Fighting Irish have signed a new deal with Under Armour making his massive collection of Adidas apparel obsolete. Rather than let it take up space he decided to have a big 'ole garage sale. When you consider that it is all official team apparel--from the team itself and not from some website--it is not inconceivable to see some items go for a pretty penny.

The next question is pretty obvious. Is coach looking to supplement his income or something? Absolutely not.

Well done Coach Elston. Well done indeed.
