However, in the case of Ole Miss defensive back Senquez Golson and his arrest early Sunday morning--well, the circumstances around it sound down right odd.

According to a post on GulfLive, he was standing near an intersection at 4:50 AM Sunday morning when a police car stopped and asked what his name was and for some identification. He declined so they arrested him for failure to comply.
That's it--but it gets better. From a tweet he sent out Wednesday night it sounds like he was standing in his yard when he was arrested:
@Tra_Nala idk if I was more mad about him arresting me in my yard or because I asked him to knock on the door and ask my people for a shirt

Either there is more to this story that someone has not released or this is a frivolous arrest that never should have happened.
