Washington Redskins Rookie Kicker Zach Hocker Given Incredibly Bad Haircut [PHOTO]

The Miami Dolphins put a spotlight on hazing gone wrong last season, but as far as we know they were the exception to the rule. For the most part the worst thing that happens is when some of the tape used to 'secure' rookies to the goalpost rips off some arm hair.

Than again--some of the haircuts veterans like to give out are pretty bad too. Just look at what happened to Washington Redskins rookie kicker Zach Hocker.
