WATCH: Los Angeles Dodgers OF Yasiel Puig Gives the Umpire His Best Dikembe Mutombo Finger Wag After Call Overturned

It looked like another typical Yasiel Puig kind of play during Tuesday's Dodgers/Tigers game. A ball was hit to the corner of right field, he played it off the wall, and gunned a throw to second base in order to catch Torii Hunter. As usual, his laser was spot on and he made the throw (chalk up another assist).

But was the tag really made?

It was not. Rather than swipe in front of the bag and catch Hunter's foot Dee Gordon swept up and whacked him in the family jewels instead.

So--sorry Yasiel. He was safe.
