Detroit Lions quarterback Mathew Stafford recently became officially off the market when he and his longtime girlfriend Kelly Hall became engaged. If you are familiar at all with his better half than you know at least two of the things that he sees in her--she's a party animal and she's smoking hot.
Last weekend while the two were boating away the Fourth of July weekend she gave evidence of both yet again.
