Both Jacksonville quarterbacks made some nice throws Thursday night. Jay Culter was no slouch and Jimmy Clausen looked okay too. That being said none of them had the best throw of the game. The honor does not go to some obscure fifth string quarterback on his only play, a running back, or some wide receiver.
No, the honor goes to the ref you see below who makes a beauty of a 31-yard toss with his penalty flag.
Why he felt the need to toss his flag further than most (if not all) of the passes thrown by the quarterbacks in the game is a mystery, but you have to give it up to the man.
That was one heck of a throw.
