Could the St. Louis Rams Have the Steal of the Draft in Michael Sam? [VIDEO]

'Steal of the draft' is a phrase we hear getting tossed around a lot during the preseason and the first few weeks of the regular season. In some cases it is perhaps used a little too liberally. Yes, there can be more than one steal. Every rookie that is not a first or second round pick is not a steal in waiting either.

However, if you have seventh round pick making plays like St. Louis Rams defensive lineman Michal Sam chances are he could be one.

Sam didn't play a ton, but when he was in the game he made his presence known making one tackle and making the quarterback hurry in another play. It is way too early to dub him anything of course, but after a solid outing like this Rams head coach Jeff Fisher is probably going to give him a little more time next week.
