That being said the glitch is absolutely hilarious!
Normally at this point I'd say well done Mr. Programmer Man or something like that because it's funny, but it happened because someone screwed up. So---I got nothing.

Glitch in Popular Football Game Madden '15 is the Funniest Thing You Will See Today [VIDEO]
Things go wrong sometimes. It is not unusual for things to get recalled after they are sold due to some unforeseen issue. It's part of the process--it happens. So when a glitch was discovered with Madden '15 it was not altogether shocking--unexpected maybe but it happens.
That being said the glitch is absolutely hilarious!
