WATCH: New England Patriots Kanorris Davis Doesn't Need No Stinking Helmet!
Helmets? We don't need no stinking helmets! That is what it appeared special teamer Kanorris Davis was thinking during Thursday night's preseason opener for the New England Patriots. No one would have faulted him for missing the play after he lost his helmet going out of bounds.
Instead he shows the kind of drive and determination that will keep him on the roster for a couple more weeks.
The coaches may tell him he took a big risk getting in to the mix without a helmet on and that he can't prove his worth if he's sideline with a concussion--but it was still a great play.
Next time just do it with your helmet on.
