Looks Like San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick Did Use Some Naughty Language After All [VIDEO]

One of the new things that the NFL's referees are supposed to be focusing on this season is the language used on the field in hopes that potential scuffles caused by trash talk will never happen. Being told 'you suck' just doesn't have the same bite as 'you f***** suck you stupid *** *****.'

Good idea? Eh--sounds kind of silly, but don't tell Colin Kaepernick that. He became the first guy flagged for it last Sunday.

He insists that he did not say anything inappropriate and is appealing the $11K fine that comes with the penalty. However, after taking a look at this video he might want to go ahead and pay it.

You can't hear him, but it doesn't take a professional lip reader to get what he's saying:

Should this be a fine? Absolutely not. Guys say much worse to each other on the field all the time and nothing comes from it--just like nothing came from this. This is easily one of the dumbest ideas the NFL has had in years (and that's incliuding the extra point experiment in the preseason).

As far as we know, the Bears player he's talking to said something worse. So just like so many other penalties it's the guy that responds that gets busted.
