Yeah, a number of guys have produced more than him, but no one is making the incredible look as easy as he is.

Neither of these catches are as good as his behind the back one from Week One, but they are still something else in their own rigtht:

I'm not 100 percent certain, but I think I read somewhere the ref called this one incomplete, but you could have fooled me.
That catch wasn't called incomplete but the play was nullified because of a penalty on an offensive lineman. That offensive lineman had two dumb penalties that cancelled big plays.
ReplyDeletemany thanks good sir/ma'am.
DeleteThe way he catches balls, to me, looks like a mirror image of his father. Bob Westerkamp had the best hands I've ever seen, truly amazing to watch - like Jordan. In college, he injured his collarbone, had the arm in a sling, and I witnessed him catching balls with our quarterback in the gym - snagging bombs with one hand. He was a freak.
ReplyDeletebut freak in a good way
DeleteWithout a doubt. If it wasn't for his knee, I think he would have played on Sundays and been a household name.
