Texas Longhorns WR John Harris Proves Charlie Strong Still Has His Work Cut Out For Him

There is a good chance that Texas wide receiver John Harris is in Charlie Strong’s doghouse after Harris’s recent Baylor-bashing tweet.

Charlie Strong has taken a hard stance on what he feels is important to run a college football program that not only wins games, but helps create good men. He wants his players to work for everything they get. He wants the earn it (it being everything). He wants to instill a sense of pride not for what past teams have done, but for what the current players accomplish.

Simply put he wants to sense of entitlement gone and the value of hard work in. While it has caused him to make some tough decisions there have been a number of guys that are buying in to Strong’s methods. However, there are still some that have not....
