When players think they have done something right they are prone to celebrating a little and sometimes a little emphatically. Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch certainly did earlier this season and suffered an ACL tear in the process. That was not the case for Bills defensive back Leodis McKelvin though.

Rather than injure himself he gave one of his assistant coaches a headache by giving him a nice hard elbow to the head.
