Kids at Kentucky-Mississippi State Game Not Sure What to Make of Blue Spiderman [GIF]

Is he depressed? Does he miss Mary Jane? In need of  a bad guy to fight or out of snappy one-liners? Or is he just some weird guy in a blue Spiderman suit that is dying for some anonymous attention? Whatever he is the kids don't seem to know what to make of him.
