I'll admit it. I thought Peyton Manning was done after he jacked up his neck in Indianapolis. I am also quite grateful that he is not because he's the quarterback for one of my fantasy teams. Was there reason to doubt the man back then? For sure! You don't mess with neck injuries, he was old, he's already done so much--but apparently he wasn't done yet.
So--in case you were watching Revenge or something else your wife makes you watch as part of 'us' time--Peyton took another step towards cementing his legacy on Sunday Night Football by taking over the career touchdown lead from Brett Favre.

Since I was watching Revenge with my wife I didn't see it live, and at that point any blogger worth his salt has put up some kind of post. So initially I wasn't going to do one. Why become one of the many when I can work on something else?
But this is Peyton. How can I not give the man props? Since I know he is so concerned about getting a pat on the back from an overweight blogger in Indiana here's my "Peyton Manning's a Bad-Ass" post.
