Richard Sherman and Marshawn Lynch Breaking the Beats By Dre Ban Already? [PHOTOs]

On Sunday the NFL announced that it has brokered a new sponsorship deal with Bose, a popular manufacturer of headphones and speakers. What that means to the players is that they are now banned from wearing their Beats by Dre headphones. Many players wear them as part of their pregame routines so are they now going to have to buy different ones?

If so does that mean Richard Sherman and Marshawn Lynch will be fined for wearing something other than BOSE prior to Monday night's game?

@xmasape
The answer should be no (should because you can never tell when the NFL will say something violates the 'spirit' of the ban or something ridiculous like that).

Many articles refer to the ban in very general terms making it sound as if they cannot be on camera wearing anything other than Bose. That means the ever popular Beats by Dre worn by Sherman (above) and Monster worn by Lynch (below) can't be worn, but than others claim the ban only applies to when players are doing interviews.

If it is the former and not the latter than the NFL actually did their players a favor when negotiating the deal. The league has to give Bose something (interviews), but it doesn't force players to alter their pregame routine by forcing them to buy new headphones.

So this is actually a win-win for the league and players. Man--how often does that happen?
