The New Orleans Saints are usually money in the bank when they play at home. So even though a very tough 49ers team was in town hopes were still high for the home team. While at times it was hard to believe they could pull it out the arm of Drew Brees, the legs of Mark Ingram, and the hands of Jimmy Graham helped the Saints overcome an early deficit to take a late lead.
The game eventually went to overtime, and for a time it looked good for the Saints--but then this happened:

Jim Harbaugh didn't waste any time in going for a field goal which Phil Dawson managed to hit from 35-yards out:
