Some thought the Bears might have been a little crazy for letting defensive lineman Julius Peppers go especially since the defense has not played well this season. Of course no one could have known then the defense would be so bad now except maybe Julius himself. Ask him and he'll probably say he knew he was going to be needed.
Instead he is in Green Bay, the home of the Bears biggest rival, on Monday night nailing the defensive line trifecta late in the second quarter.
