WATCH: NY Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr. Having His Way With Seattle DB Richard Sherman

When Victor Cruz went down for the season the New York Giants knew they would need rookie Odell Beckham Jr. to step up and play big for the team if they were going to have any chance at all of making the post season (or even being competitive for that matter). The Giants are still a long way from even sniffing the playoffs, but it appears that they have a play-maker in their new wide receiver.

How do we know this? Well--he had his way with one of the best defensive backs in the league, Seattle's Richard Sherman, during the first half of Sunday's Giants-Seahawks game.

I can't say for an absolute certainty that all five of Beckham's first half catches (for 92 yards) were with Sherman attempting coverage, but even if just these two were (see above and below) the rookie is certainly having his way with the veteran defensive back.
