Marshall WR Tommy Schuler Ends College Career With Epic 18 Catch Game in Boca Raton Bowl

The Boca Raton Bowl may be the last time Marshall senior wide receiver Tommy Schuler ever straps on the pads and steps on a football field. Maybe he had that in mind when during the game; maybe he didn't. By taking a look at his final stat line it is pretty clear what was on his mind.

Catching the damn ball.

On the night Schuller ended up recording 18 receptions for 185 yards and a touchdown giving him 322 for his career (a  new Conference-USA record).

With numbers like that you would think he would be a no-brainer to make an NFL squad next season, but there is just one problem he can't quite overcome. The man is small standing just 5'7" and 188 pounds.

Size isn't everything, but it sure helps keep a player alive in the NFL.
