What--were you expecting someone else?
Yes, it's J.J. Watt...strange visitor from Wisconsin, who came to thee NFL with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men! J.J. Watt...who can change the course of mighty pass blockers, swat passes with his bare hands, and who, disguised as just another football player he fights a never-ending battle for truth, justice, and the American way!
Many believe that J.J. Watt deserves to be the MVP of the NFL this season, but that he is going to lose out because of the NFL's heavy bias towards quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers. You know--a guy that needs a bunch of other people to do their jobs in order for him to look great.
J.J. Watt, on the other hand, has looked like a beast all on his own which is why Rolling Stone has decided to dub Watt the NFL's superhero (it's actually a great little article if you want to read it). Since the league will likely give the hardware to Lex Luthor before he lost his hair (Rodgers) Watt deserves something.
So he might as well be called what he is.
