Secretary of the Navy Gets in on the Latest Navy Spirit Video Leading up to Army-Navy Game [VIDEO]

This weekend there is one major college football game on television--the annual Army-Navy game. Leading up to the game there is almost another contest that goes on. It's an unofficial one, but one that is definitely unique to the federal service academies, spirit videos. Navy's latest stars a very special guest reading a fairy tale to a group of school kids.
