USA Rugby Player Apologizes for Kicking Fan That Tackled Him During a Game [VIDEO]

USA Rugby was in the midst of a good game against the South African side during the South African Sevens tournament when a fan made it past some really lax security and tackled U.S. player Perry Baker. It was really bad time because the Americans had forced a turnover and had the ball coming his way, but the ref ended up having to whistle the play dead until the idiot fan got off the field.

Baker was angry of course and did what anyone in that situation would want to do--he retaliated:

Here's a video clip of the incident. The camera was on the ball movement so we don't see the fan making the tackle, but we do get to see Baker get up and give the idiot a well-deserved kick:



After the game Baker apologized on Twitter for kicking the fan:

I would like to apologize for my actions.i hope that my greatest fan is well. Boy they do love their rugby down here.
