NFL fans and even casual observers have heard about the record setting noise that is common whenever Marshawn Lynch and company take the field. We all know that 137 decibels is pretty freaking loud, but without being there can we really know how loud it is?

The following video was recorded at a recent game in Seattle. Apparently when it was taken Marshawn Lynch had just scored so you can imagine the crowd going nuts, right? Press play and you can hear just how nuts they sounded not inside the stadium, but from two miles away:



Maybe the video is a little misleading since there is nothing to block the sound across the bay, but that is still two miles.

That's pretty loud.
