WATCH: Seattle Seahawks Get Early Xmas Present With Roughing the Passer Call Against 49ers

Referees have a very tough job. Yes, there are a lot of guys on the field, but it is still not easy to catch everything. Missing calls is one thing, but when they make calls that they shouldn't that's another. For example--the roughing the passer call that the 49ers were hit with during the fourth quarter of a close, hard fought game against the Seattle Seahawks.

It was pretty much complete BS.

Come on refs! He hit with his facemask in the chest! Exactly like you are supposed to do!

  1. I agree bad call but seattle wins either way.

  2. Easy to question a call from comfort of you sofa. Would put money on the same call being made if the hit was on Brady or Manning.

    1. It would be nice to say that the game is officiated the same no matter who is playing but we all know that is not the case. Oh--and you're right. It is easy to make a call from the sofa, studio, lazy-boy--anywhere but the field.
