Weest Virginia quarterback Skyler Howard is getting his second career start against Texas A&M in the Liberty Bowl. Early in the game he showed why WVU head coach Dana Holgorsen has so much confidence in him by throwing a nice touchdown pass to Mario Alford. To celebrate he pulled out and oldie but a goodie--the Money Manziel celebration.
