What in the World Was Louisiana Tech's Coach Trying to Hide? [VIDEO]

Late in the third quarter of the Heart of Dallas Bowl with his team up by six one of the coaches for Louisiana Tech was seen hiding behind a barrier that two members of his staff held up. It looks like he was doing something and when he was finished they dropped it down.

What pray tell could he have been doing?

Seriously--what in the world was he doing? Eating a hot dog one of the interns brought him? Picking his nose and trying not to create a gif that would go viral? Sending in a play and paranoid that they were now being stolen after close to three quarters of play? Calling his wife and finding out what's for dinner?

I don't know. What do you think internet? What could he have been doing that he didn't want the television cameras to see?
