So--what did he say?

He means nothing by it, but you can imagine how Twitter is going to take it. He's pretty much being called racist for saying it. That was not his intention at all, but the perception many will take is that if a white guy were to say that about a black quarterback the white guy would be sent to sensitivity training and fined.
What I want to know is his criteria for 'soul.' That sentence there probably cuts me out (if you have to ask...).
