Indianapolis Colts Did Not Leave Trent Richardson Home For Personal Reasons After All

It is safe to say that the career of Indianapolis Colts running back Trent Richardson has not gone the way he or anyone else thought it would. Folks thought the trade to the Colts might help, but poor play has led to getting benched, left off the game day roster, and now left at home for the AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots.

The team tried to cover for him and said he didn't make the trip for personal reasons. In a way that is true, but not really.

His 'personal reason' was choosing to skip the morning walk through without telling anyone:

Stupid move Trent. Real stupid.

If there is a legitimate reason why he better share it soon. His chances  of getting picked up by anyone after the Colts cut him in the off-season were already slim to none. Now that it appears he responds to getting benched by skipping stuff the odds are even smaller.

  1. I can't believe the Colts traded away a 1st round pick to get that clown. It'll be good to see Richardson gone.
