Ohio State Offensive Coordinator Tom Herman Throws on His Houston Cougars Hat During Celebration [PHOTO]

More often than not when a coach gets hired away he leaves his current school and heads directly for the new one. In a way it is understandable since you have to get to know your new team and get on the recruiting trail ASAP. At the same time it sucks because you leave the season unfinished with your old team (if you are bowl bound).

So it was pretty cool that Tom Herman stuck around to finish the season with Ohio State. Heck--he was going to the first College Football Playoffs! How could he not? As soon as the game was over though it was time to represent his new job.
