San Antonio Spurs Head Coach Gregg Popovich Leaves Team Bus Due to Sharp Chest Pains

The San Antonio Spurs have struggled at times this season because of injuries. Several players have missed time with a variety of ailments. Even head coach Gregg Popovich missed a couple games earlier this season with what has been called an 'undisclosed minor medical procedure.' According to rumors on Twitter it sounds like Pop might need to miss a little more time.

Apparently he had to leave the team bus following Tuesday night's game with sharp chest pains.

In typical Pop fashion little information is actually known. We do know that something happened and it was enough to make him get off the bus at least momentarily.

Whether he was checked out by more than team doctors and to what extent is a mystery, but things were apparently not delayed for long.

Rather than go to the hospital to make sure he's good to go he is on the plane and headed to Charlotte.
