WATCH: Rose Bowl Ref Laughing During Fumble Return of Jameis Winston's Flailing, Fumble Play

If you thought the game the Florida State Seminoles played against the Oregon Ducks in the Rose Bowl was laughable it turns out you are not alone. Yes, there are millions of football fans around the world that agree with you. They have been making their opinions heard on Twitter with some doing so in hilarious fashion--but that is not who I'm talking about.

I'm talking about the ref that fell down after getting hit by Manti Te'o's girlfriend in the second half on the infamous flailing, fumble play.
