The Cleveland Browns entered last season with more hope and optimism than the team has had in years. After a disappointing end to the season the team needs to do something to generate interest. Rather than bring in a high priced free agent they have decided to redesign the uniforms and come up with a new logo. On Tuesday the Cleveland Browns are supposed to be new logo replacing "Brownie the Elf" is supposed to be revealed.
However, it appears that they may have inadvertently already done so at the Combine.

It appears that design has nothing to do with the new one which the team unveiled Tuesday as promised:
Just so you know, the Browns signed up for the 2 year redesign plan with Nike. This is year two, so this has been in the works for two years already. Meanin before the start of the 2013 season, when Lombardi and Banner were hired. So last season results or this years expectations are pointless to this story. Just couldn't resist taking a shot at the Browns huh? What a hack.
ReplyDeleteI really don't see where you think I'm taking a shot at the Browns. The thought could not be further from my mind.
