Riley Cooper Featured Player in Philadelphia Eagles Calendar for Black History Month

Riley Cooper is one of the key members of the Philadelphia Eagles so the fact that a picture of him is used in the official team calendar is not surprising in the least. What is surprising is that the makers of the calendar decided to use his image for February, Black History Month.

Clearly these people do not keep up with team news and gossip.

Fans will remember the fateful Kenny Chesney concert back in 2013 where a drunk Cooper went off on a profane and racist tirade that was caught on video and went viral.

The Eagles have since apologized for the oversight and tried to explain how it happened with a series of tweets:
