When New York Jets owner Woody Johnson told the world that he thought Geno Smith was way ahead of Marcus Mariota the world thought he was crazy. Has he not seen his quarterback play the last couple of seasons? It's hard to imagine Geno Smith being ahead of Tim Tebow let alone Marcus Marriota.
As it turns out, if he is crazy it's the kind of crazy we all would like to be. The man just sold an apartment in Manhattan for a record $77.5 million.

Johnson had put the Fifth Avenue five-bedroom duplex about a year ago for $75 million. He had bought it the year before, but never stayed in it opting to stay in his One Central Park West home instead (rich people problems, right?).
No sense in keeping a prime piece of real estate you are never going to use so he went ahead and put it in on the market till it was snatched up by Ukrainian billionaire Leonard Blavatnik.
