WATCH: Georgetown's Joshua Smith With the Fat Guy Dunk of the Day
Normally the No. 4 seed does not sweat the first round too much. It is pretty rare that the No. 4 is beaten by the No. 13. However, with two No. 14's all ready pulling out wins against their No. 3 seeds Thursday teams are on alert. Eastern Washington (No. 13) is certainly giving Georgetown (No. 4) a run for it's money so far. With two minutes to go in the first half the Hoyas hold a 36-31 lead.
