WATCH: Notre Dame's Zach Auguste Finishes Off Awesome Alley-Oop Against Wichita State
Notre Dame has not been to the Elite Eight since 1979. Since then they have made it to the Sweet Sixteen three times, but were not able to make it to the next round until this year. Wichita State gave the Fighting Irish a good game, but the Shockers defense could not find an answer for the Notre Dame offense Thursday night falling to the Fighting Irish 81-70.
