There is no such thing as a good way to lose, but there is such a thing as the worst way possible. No, it is not getting knocked out because if that happens you at least got to fight. It's not losing according to the judges cards either although it does suck when a fight gets left up to people not in the Octagon. It's when the ref screws up and calls a fight because he thinks you tapped out and you didn't.
