When the Reds called Billy Hamilton up from the minors they knew they were getting a guy that just needed to get on base to become scoring threat. Heck, if it was possible to steal first he wouldn't even need to hit. The man is that effective when it comes to stealing bases. Heck, in the first four games the man stole seven bags!
