Well--it appears that he is going to be in the clear as far as this incident is concerned, but not necessarily because he is innocent.

It may not be justice, but it does mean that the Broncos and Talib have dodged a bullet. That is, unless Goodell decided punishment is necessary for the appearance of impropriety. It sounds ridiculous, but it would not be shocking.
