It looks like his perseverance is going to pay off. Tebowmaniacs--if you want any Philadelphia Eagels Tebow merchandise you better get it ASAP.

Mitch Modell, the owner of Modell's Sporting Goods (of which there are 25 in the Philly area), says that he is not going to order a lot of Tebow merchandise. He doesn't want to take the chance he'll get stuck with it should Tebow get cut or never play.
The last time Tebow found a new home in New York he thought he'd cash in and flooded his New York and New Jersey stores with Jets Tebow merchandise within a day of him signing with the Jets. It seemed to be a good plan until it became clear that Tebow was not going to factor much in to the Jets game plan.
"We went down to $5," said Modell, who serves as CEO of the company. "On some items, it hit $1. We were using them to start fires in the winter."So if you are a Tebowmaniac and have to have some Tebow Eagles merchandise you better go out and buy it as soon as it hits the shelves. There is no telling how long it--or Tebow--will last.
