Peyton Manning Could Become the All-Time Career Passing Yards Leader Against the Colts Next Season

Peyton Manning is going to be gone sometime within the next year or two, but before he goes he is likely going to set a few more passing records along the way. He already ranks near the top of just about every significant passing category, but with another good season under his belt he is likely going to reach the top of a few more lists.

One of them is expected to be the career passing yards. If all goes well he should overtake Brett Favre around Week Nine of the season--against his former team, the Indianapolis Colts.

Brett Favre currently holds the top spot with 71,838 yards while Peyton has 69,691 yards. Should Peyton keep up with his careeer average he should break the record against his old team:

Kinda crazy, huh?
