WATCH: Miami Dolphins WR Jarvis Landry Proves He Has Hands--Or At Least A Hand--of Glue

If you thought Jarvis Landry got a lot of work last season with the Dolphins just wait till this season comes around. With Mike Wallace gone he will be the undisputed No. 1 option and will need to be at his best in order to help make Ryan Tannehill look good. He appears to be well aware of this and is preparing accordingly.

Here he is working out catching balls backhanded from the gun. From the sound of the release he is not far away from it either so those suckers have some nice velocity on them.
