WATCH: Oakland Raiders QB Derek Carr Crashes Khalil Mack's Press Conference

The Oakland Raiders have been the team that everyone laughs at for way too long. They have been the picture of dysfunction and poor management for many years, but for the first time in years the team has hope. With the young core of players now on the team there is hope that the Raiders may finally crawl out of the cellar.

From the looks Khalil Mack's press conference the other day, it appears that whatever they do they will at least have a good time in the process.
