We all know that the real competition for the quarterback job at Ohio State is not going to occur until the fall when J.T. Barrett and Braxton Miller are healthy enough to participate. So for Stephen Collier the moment to shine is now while he is still the No. 2 healthy QB on the depth chart. If he is going to factor in to the competition later he is going to have to explode in the spring game.
